Kimber has 3 teenage children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, entertaining friends, playing with her dogs, hiking, and watching college basketball.
Kimber has over 20 years of legal experience. She focuses on estate planning (wills & trusts), probate & trust administration, business law, business formation, litigation, and family law. Kimber has served as legal counsel at a Fortune 500 company where she provided complex legal advice on a variety of areas, including trusts, estates, retirement vehicles (IRAs, 401(k) and pension plans), financial products, and multi-million dollar enterprise-wide contracts.
Her extensive experience advising for profit and nonprofit board of directors includes boards with billions of dollars of assets under care as well as smaller nonprofit boards.
Prior to joining the Fortune 500 Company, she worked at large law firms where she specialized in business law and business litigation.
Kimber graduated from Syracuse University College of Law, magna cum laude and is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Illinois, and New York.
Kimber is a member of the American Bar Association.
Kimber is a member of the Missouri Bar Association. She is a member of the New York Bar Association, as well.
Kimber is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL).
Kimber is a former committee member of SIFMA- Retirement and Savings.
Kimber is a former committee member of the American Benefits Council.
Kimber is a member of a research-based cancer foundation board.
